The <wml> tag defines a WML deck. This tag contain cards and information about the WML document.
<wml>标签定义了一个WML平台。这个标签包含了关于WML文档的卡片和信息。
Note: A WML document must contain an XML declaration and a DTD.
注意：一个WML文档必须包含一个WML声明和一个DTD。
