定义与用法
The onLine property returns a Boolean value that specifies whether the system is in offline mode.
onLine属性可返回一个布尔值来看看指定的系统是否处于离线模式
Note: In IE 4+ the user can choose to work offline by selecting File/Work Offline in the browser. When Work Offline is selected, the system enters an offline state, and content is read from the cache.
注意：在IE4+的版本中用户可以选择使用离线状态来选择文件来进行浏览器，当这个模式被选中，系统就进入离线状态，并且内容是从缓存中读取
