The HelpFile property returns a string that contains the full path of the help file in the Microsoft Windows help system.
HelpFile属性的作用是：返回微软视窗帮助系统中帮助文件的完整路径。
This property allows you to interact with the Windows help system, i.e. you can call the Windows API Help functions.
这个属性允许与视窗帮助系统进行交互，如：你可以请求视窗系统中的“APi帮助”函数。
The HelpFile property returns "" if you do not have access to interact with the Windows help system.
如果你不与视窗帮助系统进行交互，那么HelpContext属性将返回""。
