The length property returns the length of the text in a comment node (in characters).
length属性的作用是：以字符的形式返回一个注释节点的文本长度。

commentNode.length

In all examples, we will use the XML file books_comment.xml, and the JavaScript function loadXMLDoc().

The following code fragment prints the text node data and length from the first <title> element in "books_comment.xml":

In the example above we use a loop and an if-test to make sure we only process comment nodes. A comment node has a node type of 8.
