The baseURI property returns the absolute base URI of an attribute.
baseURI属性的作用是：返回一个属性的绝对基准URI。

Syntax

attrObject.baseURI

In all examples, we will use the XML file books_ns.xml, and the JavaScript function loadXMLDoc().
