An outline is a line that is drawn around elements, outside the border edge, to make the element "stand out". The outline property sets the outlines around elements.
outline为环绕元素的线条轮廓，位置在边框边缘的外面，可以让元素"突出"。outline属性可以用来设置元素的线条轮廓

Note: Outlines do not take up space, and they do not have to be rectangular.
