An outline is a line that is drawn around elements, outside the border edge, to make the element "stand out". The outline-color property sets the color of the outlines.
outline为环绕元素的线条轮廓，位置在边框边缘的外面，可以让元素"突出"。outline-color 属性可以设置线条轮廓的颜色
Note: Outlines do not take up space, and they do not have to be rectangular.
注意：Outlines 不会占据空间，而且它们不一定得呈现为直角
