The <fo:float> object is typically used to position an image in a separate area at the beginning of a page OR to position an image to one side, with the content flowing along-side of the image.
<fo:float>对象的作用是：在一个页面开始的单独区域给一张图片进行定位；或者将图片放置在页面的一边，让文字浮动在图片的周围。

It is an error if <fo:float> is a descendant of a flow that is not assigned to a region-body.
如果包含<fo:float>的流程并未在区域中指定，那么将会产生错误。

It is also an error if <fo:float> is a descendant of an fo:block-container that generates an absolutely positioned area.
如果包含<fo:float>的“fo:block-container”被放置在一个决对定位的区域内，那么将产生错误。

<fo:float> cannot have an <fo:float>, <fo:footnote> or <fo:marker> as a descendant.
<fo:float>中不能再包含<fo:float>、<fo:footnote>或<fo:marker>作为它的子类。
