The setUTCDate() method is used to set the day of the month according to Universal Coordinated Time (UTC).
setUTCDate()方法可根据UTC来设置日期

dateObject.setUTCDate(day)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
day	Required. A numeric value (from 1 to 31) that represents a day in a month 必选。代表了一个月中的日期，范围 0到31

Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.
注意：这个方法得结合Date对象使用

Tip: The Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) is the time set by the World Time Standard.
提示：UTC时间是由国际时间标准指定的

In this example we set the day of the current month to 15 with the setUTCDate() method:
这个举例中我们通过setUTCDate()方法将当前月的日期设置为15号：
