The setSeconds() method is used to set the seconds of a specified time.
setSeconds()方法可用来设置时间的秒数

Syntax
语法

dateObject.setSeconds(sec,millisec)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
sec	Required. A numeric value between 0 and 59 representing the seconds 必选。代表了秒，范围是0-59
millisec	Optional. A numeric value between 0 and 999 representing the milliseconds 可选。代表了毫秒，范围在0-999

Tips and Notes
提示和注意点

Note: If one of the parameters above is specified with a one-digit number, JavaScript adds one or two leading zeros in the result.
注意：如果指定的参数为一位数，JS会在返回的时候在前面加上一个或两个0

Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.
注意：这个方法得结合Date对象使用
