The setMinutes() method is used to set the minutes of a specified time.
setMinutes()方法可用来为指定时间设置分钟

Syntax
语法

dateObject.setMinutes(min,sec,millisec)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
min	Required. A numeric value between 0 and 59 representing the minutes 必选。代表分钟的数值，范围是0到59
sec	Optional. A numeric value between 0 and 59 representing the seconds 可选。代表秒数的数值，范围是0到59
millisec	Optional. A numeric value between 0 and 999 representing the milliseconds 可选。代表毫秒的数值，范围是0到999

Note: If one of the parameters above is specified with a one-digit number, JavaScript adds one or two leading zeros in the result.
注意：如果参数指定的为一位数字，JS在返回的时候会在前面加上一个或两个0

Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.
注意：这个方法得结合Date对象使用

In this example we set the minutes of the current time to 01, with the setMinutes() method:
