The setFullYear() method is used to set the year.
setFullYear()方法可用来设置年份

dateObject.setFullYear(year,month,day)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
year	Required. A four-digit value representing the year 必选。一个四位数，代表了年份
month	Optional. A numeric value between 0 and 11 representing the month 可选。范围在0到11之间的数值，代表了月份
day	Optional. A numeric value between 1 and 31 representing the date 可选。范围在1到31之间的数值，代表了日期

Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.
注意：这个方法得结合Date对象使用

In this example we set the year to 1992 with the setFullYear() method:
这个举例中我们通过使用setFullYear()方法将年份设置为1992年：
