The lastIndexOf() method returns the position of the last occurrence of a specified string value, searching backwards from the specified position in a string.
lastIndexOf()方法返回指定值在字符串中的最后出现位置，对字符串进行逆向匹配。

Syntax

stringObject.lastIndexOf(searchvalue,fromindex)

Tips and Notes
注意

Note: The lastIndexOf() method is case sensitive!
注意：lastIndexOf()方法是精确匹配的

Note: This method returns -1 if the string value to search for never occurs.
注意：如果没有可匹配的字符，返回-1

In this example we will do different searches within a "Hello world!" string:
