The getMilliseconds() method returns the milliseconds of a time.

Note: The value returned by getMilliseconds() is a three digit number. However, the return value is not always three digits, if the value is less than 100 it only returns two digits, and if the value is less than 10 it only returns one digit.
注意：通过getMilliseconds()所返回的数为三位数。当值小于100时就返回为两位数，当小于10时就返回一位数

Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.
注意：自己个方法得结合Date结合使用

Example

In this example we get the milliseconds of the current time:

Note: The code above will set the milliseconds to 0, since no milliseconds was defined in the date.
