Note: The value returned by getHours() is a two digit number. However, the return value is not always two digits, if the value is less than 10 it only returns one digit.
注意点：getHours()所返回的值为两位数。但并不一直是两位，如果值小于10那么它就是一位数了。

Note: This method is always used in conjunction with a Date object.
