The charCodeAt() method returns the Unicode of the character at a specified position.
charAt 方法返回一个字符的Unicode值，该字符位于指定索引位置。

stringObject.charCodeAt(index)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
index	Required. A number representing a position in the string 必选。数字代表了字符在字符串中的位置。

Note: The first character in the string is at position 0.
注意：字符串中的第一个字符位置为0

In the string "Hello world!", we will return the Unicode of the character at position 1:
在字符串"Hello world!"中我们将返回位置1的字符的Unicode值
