The charAt() method returns the character at a specified position.
charAt 方法可以返回字符串指定位置的字符。

stringObject.charAt(index)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
index	Required. A number representing a position in the string 必选。代表字符串位置的数字

Note: The first character in the string is at position 0.
注意：字符串中第一个字符位置为0

In the string "Hello world!", we will return the character at position 1:
在举例中我们将返回"Hello world!"里位置为1的字符：
