The xml_set_character_data_handler() function sets the character data handler for the XML parser.
xml_set_character_data_handler()函数的作用是：为XML解析器设置处理字符数据的函数。

This function specifies what function to be called when the parser finds character data in the XML file.
这个函数指定了：当解析器在XML文件中找到字符数据时，它将请求什么函数。

This function returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果函数执行成功，它将返回True；如果执行失败，它将返回False。

Syntax
语法

xml_set_character_data_handler(parser,handler)

Parameter参数	Description描述
parser	Required. Specifies XML parser to use 必要参数。指定需要使用的XML解析器
handler	Required. Specifies a function to be used as an event handler 必要参数。指定一个作为事件处理器需要使用的函数

The Function specified by the "handler" parameter must have two parameters:
