The xml_get_error_code() function gets the XML parser error code.
xml_get_error_code()函数的作用是：从XML解析器中获取错误代码。
This function returns the error code on success, or FALSE on failure.
这个函数如果执行成功，将返回错误代码；如果执行失败，将返回False。
