The xml_get_current_line_number() function gets the current line number for an XML parser.
xml_get_current_line_number()函数的作用是：从XML解析器中获取当前行数。
This function returns the current line number on success, or FALSE on failure.
这个函数如果执行成功，将返回当前行数；如果执行失败，将返回False。
