The xml_get_current_byte_index() function gets the byte index for an XML parser.
xml_get_current_byte_index()函数的作用是：从XML解析器中获取当前字节数。
This function returns the current byte index on success, or FALSE on failure.
这个函数执行成功，那么它将返回当前字节数；如果函数执行失败，它将返回False。
