The str_pad() function pads a string to a new length.
str_pad()函数的作用是：用一个字符串填充另一个字符串到指定长度。

str_pad(string,length,pad_string,pad_type)

Parameter参数	Description描述
string	Required. Specifies the string to pad 必要参数。指定字符串对象
length	Required. Specifies the new string length. If this value is less than the original length of the string, nothing will be done 必要参数。指定新字符串长度。如果这个长度小于原来字符串的长度，那么，将不作任何改变
pad_string	Optional. Specifies the string to use for padding. Default is whitespace 可选参数。指定用于补白的字符串。默认值为空白
pad_type	Optional. Specifies what side to pad the string. 可选参数。指定需要对哪一边进行补白 Possible values: 可用值： STR_PAD_BOTH - Pad to both sides of the string. If not an even number, the right side gets the extra padding STR_PAD_BOTH –对两边的字符串进行补白。如果不是一个偶数，那么将对右边进行额外补白 STR_PAD_LEFT - Pad to the left side of the string STR_PAD_LEFT – 对字符串的左边进行补白 STR_PAD_RIGHT - Pad to the right side of the string. This is default STR_PAD_LEFT – 对字符串的右边进行补白。这个是默认值
