The convert_uuencode() function encodes a string using the uuencode algorithm.

Note: This function encodes all strings (including binary) into printable characters. This will fix any problems with obscure binary data when storing in a database or transmit data over a network. Remember to use the convert_uudecode() function before using the data again.
注意：这个函数将把所有的字符串（包括二进制字符串）编码成可输出的字符。当往数据库存储时或通过网络传输数据时，它将会通过二进制数据的模糊匹配来解决编码问题。请记住：在使用数据之前，需要再次使用到convert_uudecode()函数。

Note: Uuencoded data is about 35% larger than the original.
