The convert_cyr_string() function converts a string from one Cyrillic character-set to another.
convert_cyr_string()函数的作用是：将字符由一种 Cyrillic 字符转换成另一种。

The supported Cyrillic character-sets are:
支持Cyrillic的字符属性如下：

convert_cyr_string(string,from,to)

Parameter参数	Description描述
string	Required. The string to convert 必要参数。指定需要转换的字符串
from	Required. A character that specifies what Cyrillic character-set to convert from 必要参数。指定需要进行转换的Cyrillic字符属性
to	Required. A character that specifies what Cyrillic character-set to convert to 必要参数。指定需要转换成的Cyrillic字符属性

In this example we will convert a string from one character-set to another:
