The convert_cyr_string() function converts a string from one Cyrillic character-set to another.
convert_cyr_string()函数的作用是：将字符由一种 Cyrillic 字符转换成另一种。
The supported Cyrillic character-sets are:
支持Cyrillic的字符属性如下：
- k - koi8-r
- w - windows-1251
- i - iso8859-5
- a - x-cp866
- d - x-cp866
- m - x-mac-cyrillic
Syntax

convert_cyr_string(string,from,to) |

| string | Required. The string to convert 必要参数。指定需要转换的字符串 |
| from | Required. A character that specifies what Cyrillic character-set to convert from 必要参数。指定需要进行转换的Cyrillic字符属性 |
| to | Required. A character that specifies what Cyrillic character-set to convert to 必要参数。指定需要转换成的Cyrillic字符属性 |
