The getDocNamespaces() function gets the namespaces declared in an XML document from a SimpleXMLElement object.
getDocNamespaces()函数的作用是：获取SimpleXMLElement对象中XML文档的名称空间[namespace]。

This function returns an array of the namespaces in an XML document on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果这个函数执行成功，它将一个数组的形式返回XML文档中的名称空间[namespace]；如果执行失败，将返回False。
