The addAttribute() function adds an attribute to the SimpleXML Element.
addAttribute()函数的作用是：添加一个属性到SimpleXML元素中。
Syntax

|---|---|
| name | Required. Specifies the name of the attribute 必要参数。指定属性的名称 |
| value | Required. Specifies the value of the attribute 必要参数。指定属性的值 |
| ns | Optional. Specifies the namespace of the attribute 可选参数。指定属性的名称空间[namespace] |
