The mysql_ping() function pings a server connection or reconnects to it if there is no connection.
mysql_ping()函数的作用是：Ping 一个服务器连接，如果没有连接则重新连接。

This function returns TRUE if there is a connection, or FALSE on failure.
如果函数执行成功，它将返回True；如果函数执行失败，它将返回False。
