The mysql_get_proto_info() function gets information about the MySQL protocol.
mysql_get_proto_info()函数的作用是：取得 MySQL 协议信息。
This function returns the MySQL protocol version on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果函数执行成功，它将返回MySQL 协议信息；如果执行失败将返回False。
