The mysql_error() function returns the error description of the last MySQL operation.
mysql_error()函数的作用是：返回上一个 MySQL 操作产生的文本错误信息。
This function returns an empty string ("") if no error occurs.
如果函数成功执行，将返回一个空字符串("")。
