The mysql_errno() function returns the error number of the last MySQL operation.
mysql_errno()函数的作用是：返回上一个 MySQL 操作中的错误信息的数字编码。
This function returns 0 (zero) if no error has occurred.
如果未出现错误，那么将返回0。
