定义和用法
The mysql_affected_rows() function returns the number of affected rows in the previous MySQL operation.
mysql_affected_rows()函数的作用是：取得前一次 MySQL 操作所影响的记录行数。
This function returns the number of affected rows on success, or -1 if the last operation failed.
如果该函数成功执行，将返回记录行数；如果失败，将返回“-1”。
