定义和用法
The time_nanosleep() function delays execution of the current script for a specified number of seconds and nanoseconds.
time_nanosleep()函数的作用是：设置脚本延迟执行的时间（单位：秒/毫微秒（十亿分之一秒））
This function returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
这个函数成功的话将返回TRUE，失败了返回FALSE
Syntax
语法
time_nanosleep(seconds,nanoseconds) |
| Parameter参数 | Description描述 |
|---|---|
| seconds | Required. Specifies the number of seconds to delay the script 必要参数。指定延迟执行脚本的时间（单位：秒） |
| nanoseconds | Required. Specifies the number of nanoseconds to delay the script (must be less than 1,000,000,000) 必要参数。指定延迟执行脚本的时间（单位：毫微秒）； 注：这里设定的数字必须小于1,000,000,000 |

Note: This function is not implemented on Windows platforms.
注意：time_nanosleep()函数不能在Windows平台上运行。
