定义和用法
The get_browser() function looks up the user's browscap.ini file and returns the capabilities of the user's browser.
get_browser()函数的作用是：查找用户的browsca.ini文件，并且返回用户浏览器的基本属性。
This function returns an object or an array with information about the user's browser on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果这个函数成功执行，将返回一个关于用户浏览器属性的对象或数组；如果执行失败，将返回False。

get_browser(user_agent,return_array) |
| Parameter参数 | Description描述 |
|---|---|
| user_agent | Optional. Specifies the name of an HTTP user agent. Default is the value of $HTTP_USER_AGENT. You can bypass this parameter with NULL 可选参数。指定一个HTTP代理的名称。默认值是：$HTTP_USER_AGENT。你可以设置空值Null来忽略这个参数 |
| return_array | Optional. If this parameter is set to TRUE, the function will return an array instead of an object 可选参数。如果这个参数设置为True，那么这个函数将以一个数组的形式返回，而不返回一个对象 |
