The pow() function raises the first argument to the power of the second argument, and returns the result.
pow()函数的作用是：返回指数表达式的值。

| x | Required. Specifies the number to be raised 必要参数。指定底数x |
| y | Required. The power to which to raise the number 必要参数。指定指数y |
