定义和用法
The libxml_use_internal_errors() function disables standard libxml errors and enables user error handling.
libxml_use_internal_errors()函数的作用是：停止系统对libxml错误信息进行标准化处理，使用自行处理错误信息。
This function returns the previous value of the use_lib_errors parameter.
这个函数将返回use_lib_errors参数所产生的先前值[previous value]。
