The ftp_site() function sends a SITE command to the FTP server.
ftp_site()函数的作用是：向FTP服务器发送 SITE 命令。
SITE commands are not standardized, and are different from server to server. They are useful for handling such things as file permissions and group membership.
SITE命令没有固定的标准，它随服务器的不同而不同；它对处理诸如文件特许[file permission]和群组关系非常有用。
This function returns TRUE on success and FALSE and a warning on failure.
如果函数成功执行，将返回True；如果失败将返回False，并给出警告。
