The ftp_pasv() function sets passive mode on or off.
ftp_pasv()函数的作用是：返回当前 FTP 被动模式是否打开。

In passive mode, data connections are initiated by the client, not the server. This is useful if the client is behind a firewall.
在被动模式下，数据连接是从客户端发起的，而不是服务器；如果客户端安装了防火墙，那么使用这种方法无疑是非常有效的。
