The ftp_mkdir() function creates a directory on the FTP server.
ftp_mkdir()函数的作用是：在FTP服务器上建立一个新目录。

This function returns the name and path of the new directory on success and FALSE on failure.
如果函数成功执行，将返回这个新目录的名称和路径；如果失败，将返回False。
