The ftp_mdtm() function returns when the specified file was last modified.
ftp_mdtm()函数的作用是：返回指定文件的最后修改时间。

This function returns the last modified time as a Unix timestamp (or -1 on error).
这个函数将以Unix时间戳[timestamp]（如果出错则返回-1）的方式返回文件的最后一次修改的时间。

ftp_login(ftp_connection,file)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
ftp_connection	Required. Specifies the FTP connection to login to 必要参数。指定需要连接的FTP
file	Required. Specifies the file to check 必要参数。指定需要进行检查的文件对象

Note: Not all FTP servers support this function.
注意：并不是所有的FTP服务器都支持这个函数。
