The ftp_get() function gets a file from the FTP server and saves it to a local file.
ftp_get()函数的作用是：从 FTP 服务器上下载一个文件。

This function returns TRUE on success and FALSE on failure.
如果函数成功执行将返回True；如果失败将返回False。

ftp_get(ftp_connection,local,remote,mode,resume)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
ftp_connection	Required. Specifies the FTP connection to use 必要参数。指定需要连接的FTP
local	Required. Specifies where to save the file. If this file already exists, it will be overwritten 必要参数。指定把文件保存的地址。如果文件已经存在了，它将会被覆盖
remote	Required. Specifies the path of the file to copy from 必要参数。指定需要执行复制命令的文件的路径
mode	Required. Specifies the transfer mode. The possible values are: 必要参数。指定转换模式。可用值如下： FTP_ASCII FTP_BINARY
resume	Optional. Specifies where in the remote file to start copying 可选参数。指定文件复制的起始位置。默认值为0

This example copies the text from "source.txt" into "target.txt":
下面的案例将“sourse.txt”文件中的文本内容复制到“target.txt”文件中，具体如下：
