The ftp_exec() function requests a program or command to be executed on the FTP server.
ftp_exec()函数的作用是：请求运行一条 FTP 程序或命令。

This function returns TRUE on success and FALSE on failure.
如果函数成功执行将返回True；如果失败将返回False。

Tips and Notes
注意点

Note: Unlike the ftp_raw() function, ftp_exec() can only send commands after it is logged in to the FTP server.
注意：与ftp_raw()函数不同的是，ftp_exec()可以在登陆FTP服务器之后发送命令。
