The ftp_connect() function opens an FTP connection to a server.
ftp_connect()函数的作用是：建立一个新的 FTP 连接。
When the connection is open, you can run FTP functions against the server.
当连接打开后，你就可以通过服务器来运行FTP函数了。
Syntax
语法
ftp_connect(host,port,timeout) |
| Parameter 参数 | Description 描述 |
|---|---|
| host | Required. Specifies the FTP server to connect to. Can be a domain address or an IP address. This parameter should not include "ftp://" or slashes 必要参数。指定需要连接到的FTP服务器。它可以是一个域名或者是一个IP。这个参数不能包含"ftp://" 或斜杠（“/”） |
| port | Optional. Specifies the port of the FTP server. Default is 21 可选参数。指定FTP服务器的端口。默认值是21 |
| timeout | Optional. Specifies the timeout for this FTP connection. Default is 90 seconds 可选参数。指定FTP连接的超时时间。默认值是90秒 |
Example
案例
The example below tries to connect to an FTP server. If the connection fails, the die() function terminates the script and outputs a message:
