The ftp_alloc() function allocates space for a file to be uploaded to the FTP server.
ftp_alloc()函数的作用是：为上传到FTP服务器的文件分配空间。

This function returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
如果函数成功执行将返回True；如果失败将返回False。

ftp_alloc(ftp_connection,size,return)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
ftp_connection	Required. Specifies the FTP connection to use 必要参数。指定FTP连接
size	Required. Specifies the number of bytes to allocate 必要参数。指定分配的字节总数
return	Optional. Specifies a variable to store the server response in 可选参数。指定一个用于存储“server response”的变量

Note: Many FTP servers do not support this command.
注意：大多数FTP服务器不支持这个命令。
