The symlink() function creates a symbolic link from the existing target with the specified name link.
symlink()函数的作用是：建立一个指定的符号连接，它是通过指定的名称连接[name link]指向现存的目标对象的。
This function returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果函数执行成功将返回True；如果失败将返回False。
