The rewind() function "rewinds" the position of the file pointer to the beginning of the file.
rewind()函数的作用是：将文件指针的位置倒回到文件的开头。

This function returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果函数成功执行，将返回True；如果失败将返回False。
