定义和用法
The mkdir() function creates a directory.
mkdir()函数的作用是：创建目录。
This function returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果该函数成功执行将返回True；如果失败将返回False。
Syntax
语法
mkdir(path,mode,recursive,context) |
| Parameter 参数 | Description 描述 |

| path | Required. Specifies the name of the directory to create 必要参数。指定创建的目录名 |
| mode | Optional. Specifies permissions. By default, the mode is 0777 (widest possible access). 可选参数。指定特许 [permission] 参数。默认模式是0777（允许全局访问） The mode parameter consists of four numbers: 这个模式参数有四个数字组成：
Possible values (to set multiple permissions, add up the following numbers):

| recursive | Optional. Specifies if the recursive mode is set (added in PHP 5) 可选参数。指定知否需要设置回归模式[recursive mode]（该参数仅在PHP 5 以上版本中支持） |
| context | Optional. Specifies the context of the file handle. Context is a set of options that can modify the behavior of a stream (added in PHP 5) 可选参数。指定需要处理的文件的context；Context是一组用来修饰文本流[stream]内容的选项（在PHP5以上版本中支持） |

Note: The mode parameters is ignored on Windows platforms.
