The link() function creates a hard link from the existing target with the specified name link.
link()函数的作用是：建立一个从“指定连接名称的现存目标文件[the existing target with the specified name link]”开始的硬连接。

This function returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果函数成功执行，将返回True；如果失败，将返回False。
