The is_link() function checks whether the specified file is a link.
is_link()函数的作用是：判断给定文件名是否为一个符号连接。

This function returns TRUE if it is a link.
如果给定的文件是一个符号连接，那么该函数将返回True。

is_link(file)

Parameter 参数	Description 描述
file	Required. Specifies the file to check 必要参数。指定文件对象

Note: The result of this function are cached. Use clearstatcache() to clear the cache.
