The is_dir() function checks whether the specified file is a directory.
is_dir()函数的作用是：判断给定文件名是否是一个目录。

This function returns TRUE if the directory exists.
如果指定的目录存在，那么该函数将返回True。

Note: The result of this function are cached. Use clearstatcache() to clear the cache.
